How do I book?
Choose your event dates in the catalogue: each item's real availability is shown. Add your items, choose delivery or pickup, then confirm. You receive a confirmation and your contract to sign online.
How long does a rental last?
The displayed price covers a rental of up to 3 days, for example delivery the day before, the event and pickup the next day. For a longer period, contact us.
Do you deliver and pick up the items?
Yes, our team delivers and picks up your items at the venue. You can also pick up and return them at our Bromont showroom.
Do you offer setup and teardown?
Yes, on request: we set up and take down your decor so you can fully enjoy your event. Tick the option when you book.
Do I have to wash the dishes?
Simply rinse the dishes, glassware and cutlery and put them back in their crates: we take care of the washing.
Can I see the items before booking?
Of course! Visit our showroom Monday to Friday. Round and rectangular tables are available for your table trials.
How do I track my booking?
With your order number and email, the “Track my order” page shows each step: confirmation, delivery, setup and pickup.
